Advanced Carbine Level 1 builds off the Intermediate Carbine Levels and focuses on offensive and defensive movement while shooting. Students develop the ability to move tactically through zig-zag patterns and dynamically respond to threats using stop-and-shoot techniques.

This course introduces movement under fire and transitioning to cover while maintaining accurate shot placement. Expect drills that push decision-making, agility, and control.

Course Objectives 

• Move-stop-shoot drills (offensive/defensive)
• Zig-zag movement patterns with engagement
• Shooting on the move with directional changes
• Integrated cover usage during movement
• Optional moving target engagement

Equipment Requirement 

• Eye and ear protection 
• Rifle in proper working order (unloaded and stored in the case before arrival) 
• Three or more magazines
• Sling, optic (highly recommended)
• 250 rounds of quality ammunition 
• Long Sleeve shirt
• 2.5 hours

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Must be at least 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The student or parent/legal guardian signing the waiver must have a valid government-issued I.D. 
• Must have completed Intermediate Carbine Levels and Intermediate Carbine Qualification 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Students who cancel or re-schedule a minimum of 72 hours prior to the start of a class will receive a full refund in the form of store credit. Cancellation or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance or “No-Shows” will result in forfeiture of 50% of payments and fees and a 50% store credit. 88 Tactical reserves the right to cancel any course offered due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, all students will receive a full refund or credit applied to another class.
