Course Title: Advanced Concealed Carry

Length: 3-hour classroom + 1 hour range

Course Description: This is not a class for Renewing your CCW Permit (see CCW Refresher)

Course Goal: Teaches the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to carry a concealed pistol for personal defense.

NRA CCW Advanced Course is an in-person advanced level course for students who are interested in carrying a concealed pistol for personal protection. We recommend this course for those who have more than an intermediate level firearms experience with all of the gear necessary to complete the shooting range qualification. This class can also be used for ongoing training, Church Security Teams, etc.

Upon successfully passing this course, including knowledge exam, and shooting drills, students will meet NRA CCW national standards and will earn an official certificate of completion.

Course length is determined by the instructor, to meet your State’s requirements for a CCW permit. Additionally, students will complete a live fire standardized shooting qualification while on the range with an NRA Certified Instructor.

Course Cancellation/Change

Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time.
Attendees must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the course date to receive a full refund less a $15 administrative fee.
For cancellations received within 48 hours of the course date no cash refunds will be provided. Instead, a one-time class rescheduling can be made. A rescheduled course must occur within 12 months from the original course date. If a course has not been attended within the 12-month period, all course fees are forfeited by the participant.
Failure to attend the course or cancellations less than 48 hours notification will result in no refund or credit of the course fee or rescheduling.
The Gallery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars/classes at any time. IF we cancel or reschedule the seminar/class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you are entitled to a full refund. The Gallery is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. IF the Gallery cancels a seminar/class in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address and check your-email prior to attending class.

Changes in Policy: The Gallery Sportsman’s Club & Range reserves the right to modify, alter, delete, and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.

Confidential Information: “Confidential Information” means any information or data disclosed by The Gallery Sportsman’s Club & Range to you whether labelled as such and regardless of the method of transmission or the media in which the same is stored or recorded. Confidential Information includes but is not limited to financial, customer, commercial, marketing, sales, strategic, technical, or scientific information (including without limitation all trade secrets (as defined by applicable law)), software or firmware code, product designs and/or specifications, algorithms, computer programs, inventions, unpublished patent applications, manufacturing or other technical or scientific know-how, specifications, technical drawings, diagrams, schematics, technology, processes, discoveries, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, materials, formulae, compositions, information, data, data summarizations, results, plans, surveys and/or reports of a technical nature or concerning research and development and/or engineering activity, Derivatives (as defined below) of Confidential Information, and any and all other business information of The Gallery Sportsman’s Club & Range and its affiliates. “Derivatives” means: (i) for copyrightable or copyrighted material, any translation, abridgment, revision or other form in which an existing work may be recast, transformed or adapted; (ii) for patentable or patented material, any improvement thereon; (iii) for material that is protected by trade secret, any new material derived from such existing trade secret material, including new material which may be protected under copyright, patent and/or trade secret laws; and (iv) for all intellectual property, any products, concepts, and paperwork derived therefrom. Without limiting the foregoing, Confidential Information expressly includes all writings or other media prepared by User that contain or otherwise reflect Confidential Information of The Gallery Sportsman’s Club & Range. Grant of License: These Terms of Use provide User with a limited personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site conditioned on your continued compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. The User will promptly notify The Gallery Sportsman’s Club & Range in writing of any actual or suspected loss or unauthorized use, disclosure or access of User’s Confidential Information.

Representatives: User will restrict the possession, knowledge, and use of The Gallery Sportsman’s Club & Range’s Confidential Information to its officers, directors, employees, professional advisors, and/or subcontractors and those of its Affiliates (collectively, “Representatives”) who are acting solely for the benefit of the User. The term “Affiliates” as used herein will refer to any entity that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the User. Any Representative to whom the User gives access to any Confidential Information of The Gallery Sportsman’s Club & Range must be bound by this Terms of Use as evidenced by a separate, and legally enforceable, agreement. User agrees that it will be liable for any breach of this Terms of Use caused directly or indirectly by its Representatives or Affiliates.

Waiver: The Gallery Sportsman’s Club & Range’s failure to insist on strict performance of any of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent default or failure of performance.
