Level 4 - Intro to Low Light Shooting - 8 Hours
-Shooting unassisted without aid of flash light. (Flash sight eye blink)
-Hold types of flashlight non firing hand
-Target illumination Strobe effects on the eye and brain.
-Cover identification in low light (use of shadows/dark areas)
-Malfunction drills low light
-Figure 8 Drills Low Light
Students need to preform proper executions of the following to pass this level to advance to the next level. Those requirements are:
-Tactical Low Ready
-Malfunctions Tap and Rack
-Unassisted low light shooting
-Assisted low light shooting
-Low light malfunctions
-Target identification and shooting after light impairment
-Must place all hits on target. This Is NOT A Timed Event. No Bent Elbow Shooting. Amount of ammo used for Qualifying is based on the lowest ammo capacity of magazine being used in class.
-A Good Attitude
-Your semi-auto pistol
-Dummy rounds/Snap caps if possible (available for sale in our store)
-Strong Side Hip Holster
-Magazine Pouch or Holder
-Minimum 250 rds. Ammo
-A palm sized 90 – 100 lumen flashlight
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refunds are available if you are not able to attend a class that you have already scheduled. Refunds are only available if FSG cancels a class. If you are unable to attend your originally scheduled class, we will gladly reschedule.
