Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees that use of the sugarbusharmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) website constitutes your legally binding agreement to abide by all the Store Policies (Terms and Conditions). Read them all very carefully.
Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees that by placing an order with SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) you consent and agree to be legally bound by all of the following Store Policies (Terms and Conditions). read them all very carefully.
ORDER CANCELLATION FEES
Buyer and/or User or this site acknowledges and agrees that we invest time and incur real costs at the time you place your order and during the preparation of every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships and at the time the order is placed by the Buyer and/or User of this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying a 25% Order Cancellation Fee if your order is cancelled for any reason before your order is submitted for processing. Unfortunately, this is necessary in order to keep our prices low for all of our customers.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying original shipping cost, return shipping cost, RTS fees or other associated charges, and a 25% Order Cancellation fee if your order is cancelled for any reason after your order is submitted for processing. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, partial or otherwise, can or will be issued until returned product has been received and processed. Unfortunately, this is necessary in order to keep our prices low for all of our customers.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that requests to cancel an order must be emailed to sales@sugarbusharmory.com and are not approved or valid until confirmation is given in writing from SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that order cancellation requests are only processed during our normal business hours. We make every effort to process requests within two business days. Holiday periods may increase processing times.
Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees to pay the Order Cancellation Fee of (25% on orders placed but not yet processed) or (25% on orders placed and submitted for processing) plus any shipping, return fees, or any other associated charges if you choose to Cancel your existing Placed Order.
ONLINE PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that some items ordered will have a low quantity of stock available and that more than one person may order an item. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if this occurs, we fulfill the first funded order with all the required information to submit the order for fulfillment. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if we run out of an item, we will cancel your order and fully refund your purchase amount. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees responsible for verifying with the manufacturer that the pictures and/or descriptions are accurate with the UPC number. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that disputes over the UPC number for the item ordered will be resolved at the sole discretion of SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to take the sole responsibility for verifying with the manufacturer the accuracy of any pictures and/or descriptions for the UPC number that Buyer and/or User of this site is wanting prior to placing an order. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to return received product to SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees that have a substantial error or mistake as determined by SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees at no additional cost to SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees beyond actual shipping costs. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for all charges over the actual shipping costs.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that pictures and/or descriptions may or may not fully represent the product and/or may be unintentionally incorrect. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we will not accept returns, offer discounts, or refunds due to these inaccuracies.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees will be the final arbiter of any discrepancies.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide a valid contact phone number and email address for any order placed on this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees may contact you at the phone number and/or email address provided when setting up your account and/or placing your order.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to make payment and not dispute payment, for any reason whatsoever, for all orders placed on SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC).
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to accept responsibility to verify with the manufacturer that the item with the UPC number being order is the item they want prior to placing an order on this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders cannot be changed after they are placed, and any changes will require the order to be cancelled and be subject to the applicable Order Cancellation Fee to be charged (See the Order Cancellation Fees section below).

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they are the actual Transferee/Buyer of the Firearm(s) or other items purchased on this site. Warning: You are not the actual transferee/buyer if you are acquiring any of the firearm(s) on behalf of another person. If you are not the actual transferee/buyer, the licensee cannot transfer any of the firearm(s) to you.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they do not intend to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm(s) purchased on this site in furtherance of any felony or other offense punishable by imprisonment for a term of more than one year, a federal crime of terrorism, or a drug trafficking offense?

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that items displayed on this site are available for online purchase only. ONLINE PRICING AND STOCK DO NOT REFLECT IN-STORE PRICING AND STOCK.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees it is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms purchased online may be picked up at our retail store or shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) near you.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only provide a generic list of FFL providers at checkout. The FFL providers listed on our site may or may not still be in business, may or may not accept transfers, may or may not accept dropship orders (a large percentage of orders are drop shipped from one of our wholesale partners), and may or may not have other unforeseen issues. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the FFL provider selected can and will accept their order.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the chosen FFL provider is open for business and can and will accept their transfer at the premises address listed on the FFL’s (Federal Firearms Licensee’s) license and that the address matches the address selected when placing the order. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for providing an alternate FFL provider if their chosen FFL provider cannot or will not accept their transfer at the premises address listed on their FFL license for any reason including, but not limited to, not accepting dropship orders, internal holds with dropship providers or any other restrictions of any kind.
Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees to provide SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) with an alternate FFL provider, if requested, for any reason determined at SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges some of these reasons may include our distributors not shipping to home-based FFL’s, internal holds with SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) or any of our distributors, address disputes or any other reason determined at SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that most reasons for internal holds or shipping restrictions are confidential information and may not be able to be shared with the Buyer and/or User of this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking and/or any other charges associated with their chosen FFL provider failing and/or refusing to accept their firearm(s) and/or any other item(s) purchased on this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking, and/or any other charges associated with orders failing to be accepted at the attempted delivery time of carrier.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that firearm orders cannot be shipped without a copy of your selected FFL provider’s license. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees the FFL license number does not satisfy the FFL license copy requirement. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for having their chosen FFL provider send a copy of their license to freedom@sugarbusharmory.com within 5 days. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders not receiving a matching FFL copy within 5 days will be subject to the Order Cancellation fee.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders placed outside of the shipping area will be cancelled and the Order Cancellation Fee will be charged.

WARRANTY FOR NEW FIREARMS AND PRODUCTS
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees most new firearms and products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs must be arranged directly with the manufacturer by the Buyer and/or User of this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees do not provide warranties or repairs for any item as any warranties and/or repairs, if available, are provided by the manufacturer of the firearm or product purchased. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to contact the manufacturer of any product they want to order to verify the warranty availability and requirements prior to completing a purchase. Federal, State and Local laws are constantly changing; therefore, it is incumbent upon you, the purchaser, to be thoroughly knowledgeable of the current status of Federal, State and Local laws governing your specific community. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges that they are in compliance with their own state’s laws, regulations, and restrictions for items purchased.
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

RESTOCKING FEES
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if for any reason a firearm or other item must be shipped back to one of our wholesale partners or our retail location, the Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for paying the return shipping and all other related costs and fees.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that upon our receipt of your new, unopened item, your purchase price minus original shipping, minus return shipping, minus a 25% restocking fee will be refunded to your card or other original payment method. No refund, partial or otherwise, can or will be issued until the returned product has been received and processed.
Buyer and/or User of this site understands that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) does not offer reshipment of items that have been returned.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees we will not accept return shipments without a Return Authorization Number - Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items shipped to us without a return authorization number will be considered abandoned and no refund of any kind will be issued.
NON-FIREARM SHIPPING
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) will not ship to P.O. Boxes, orders placed for shipment to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled and subject to the Order Cancellation Fee. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all non-firearm items ordered must ship to the Billing address. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges that they are responsible for accepting delivery of their items at the address provided. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide matching Billing and Shipping addresses for all non-firearm items ordered from this site. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees not to place an order with this site for non-firearm items if the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that orders for non-firearm items placed on this site where the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match will be subject to the applicable Order Cancellation Fee. Unfortunately, due to the amount of fraud, this is required to keep our prices as low as possible for all our customers.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide a safe and secure delivery point for their ordered items to be delivered. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to accept the “Delivered” carrier status as legally binding proof of delivery in all instances. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC), its owners, assignees, or other responsible party are not responsible for “porch pirates,” or any other mishap whatever after delivery has been made by carrier.
