You'll learn, drill, and demonstrate every skill needed to put first rounds on target — fast and accurate. Honed from lessons learned on American streets and global battlefields, this class shows you how to bring the absolute most out of your rifle for yourself and the people who count on you. You'll test your proficiency against a real performance standard and walk away with concrete drills to keep sharpening your edge on your own. The goal: the fundamental skills to make you safer, more confident, and more effective every time you pick up your rifle. Rifle 1 Equipment Requirements · Rifle · 300 Rounds (Minimum) · 3 magazines minimum (more is better) · Ear protection · CLEAR eye protection (sunglasses allowed IN ADDITION — clear is mandatory) · Sling · Belt · Magazine pouches (x2 minimum — chest or belt) · Optic (if applicable) · Flashlight (if applicable) · Laser (if applicable) · Spare batteries for every electronic item (optics, ear pro, etc.) · Gloves · Optional: shooting mat General Requirements for ALL Classes · Water · Sunscreen · Head covering (hat, boonie, etc.) · Sunglasses · Gloves · Long sleeves (recommended) · Long pants · Athletic/closed-toe shoes
