It is imperative that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time, as classes begin promptly on the hour. Those who are more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted and will need to reschedule. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our GUNTRY guidelines.
Refund Policy:
For a full refund, customers must contact GUNTRY at least 24 hours in advance.
If customers call on the day of the class, up until class time starts, we can offer a full refund in the form of in-store credit or reschedule the class.
If customers call after the class has started, we will offer a 50% in-store credit for the value of the class.
