1. Services Provided

Billings Energy Uplift offers wellness services, energy sessions, and related programs designed to promote
relaxation, stress reduction, and general well-being.

• Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care.

• We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

• Any information provided is for educational and wellness purposes only.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase services.

• Minors may participate only with the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

• Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept credit card, and cash in person

• Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged in full.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in our services, you acknowledge that wellness practices may involve physical,
emotional, or energetic experiences.

• You agree that Billings Energy Uplift and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting
from participation.

• Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new wellness or lifestyle program.

6. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and in our programs (text, logos, graphics, materials) is the property of BeU

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without permission.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable U.S. federal law.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yellowstone County, Montana.
