Relax and recline in the Energy Enhancement System to the healing vibrations of Mantra Music.

You can relax and recline or join in for a deeper experience of Mantra Meditation.

REIKI INFUSED YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is also known as "Yogic Sleep" the experience of deep rest while awake. For this 1 1/2 hour class, Muktima (Maureen Law) will guide you into the Yoga Nidra while sending Reiki to all attendees immersed within the EE System.

YIN YOGA IN THE EE SYSTEM
Sandra Kurzdorfer brings decades of Yin Yoga teaching expertise into our Energy Room for a 1-hour
Weekly Yin Yoga class within the Energy Enhancement System.
Yin Yoga is a gentle and supported stretch-type yoga which mainly targets the spine, hips, and pelvis.
Yin poses consist of passivly long-held (5 minute) floor postures to target and release the connective tissue where we hold much of our emotional and physical trauma.
Yin Yoga is a great practice to recover flexibility after strength training and more active forms of exercise. It's an effective stress buster as well.
We will supply Yoga Mats AND, you may bring your own.
We will supply blankets, bolsters and blocks.
BRING: Water and remember to hydrate before and after each class.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Inner Sage Healing Arts Center and shall govern the use of our Services, superseding any prior version of this Agreement between you and us with respect to Inner Sage Healing Arts Center Services. You acknowledge, understand and agree that your account is non-transferable and any rights to your ID and/or contents within your account shall terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.
You acknowledge, understand and agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of our Services or the Agreement must be filed within 3 year(s) after said claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred.
